Returns & Exchanges

At West Slope, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
